Cancellation and Refunds
To guarantee a smooth and effective learning process for all children attending our classes, regular attendance is paramount. As a result, and in order to avoid disruption to the rest of the class, individual class cancellations will be accepted for sickness only. Make-up lessons can be arranged only for pre-informed absences due to sickness (with medical letter from physicians). Make-up class should be booked before the end of your child's current term, subject to weekly schedule and availability. We regret that we cannot guarantee a make-up class on the same course that your child is attending. Tuition fees are not transferrable if a student skips a lesson. No credit will be given for “no shows”.

Should you need to cancel your child’s enrollment for a full 6-class course prior to the start of a course, a full course credit will be issued provided that you we receive your cancellation request in writing at least 30 days before the first class’ commencement date. No credit will be issued for written requests received less than 30 days before the first class’ commencement date. Should you need to cancel your child’s enrollment for a full 6-class course after a course commences, no credit will be provided. Please note that we charge an administration and handling fee of HK$200 for processing customer credits.

In the unlikely event of cancellation of a full 6-class course by Spark Studios, we will undertake to provide a suitable alternative to your booked course within a reasonable period of time. In that case only, you will be notified via the contact information you provided when you enrolled your child with us. Spark Studios reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting enrollment standards, due to instructor’s illness, or to substitute instructors without prior notice.

Course Fees
